Some information are collected directly, such as when you open an online account with us, when you apply for a Loyaliti Card and when you pay for goods and services in-store or online. You may also give us your personal information when you contact customer services, engage with our social media channels, enter into competitions, respond to surveys or provide feedback or product reviews on our website. This will include your name, contact details, date of birth, usernames, and your marketing preferences.
When you shop at any merchant on our platform, we will collect your purchase details. If you have a Loyaliti Card, we will collect your Loyaliti card or phone number in order to update your account, and we will keep a record of what you buy from us to allow us to provide you with relevant offers in the future.
As you interact with our websites, we may automatically collect technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. This will include your IP address, browser type and location. We may also track how often you visit and use our websites and mobile apps. We collect this data by using cookies, authentication data and other similar technologies. We may also receive technical data about you if you visit other websites utilizing our APIs or database.

In order to use the app, it is necessary to disclose the provider of the respective reward or loyalty card, as well as your individual customer, card or phone number. This data will be used for the contractually agreed purposes; which include display in text, barcode, qr code to the user within the app or transmitted as RFID between the user app and the merchant devices.
In addition, the data will be used for general abuse protection and if additionally agreed upon, for the provision of other customised services to you. You explicitly agree to the above-described utilization of your personal data for the purpose of the service provided by Loyaliti covered by the contract. In order to enable you to use your data, it is stored on our servers and on your devices.
Loyaliti will not share your personal data with third parties without your prior consent. An exception only applies if we are required by law enforcements bodies or under a legal obligation to hand over such data. We may occasionally share your personal data with organisations who work with us, to support the activities listed above. We make sure that these companies enter into contracts which require them to protect your privacy and respect data protection laws. We do not allow third parties to use your personal information for their own purposes.

When we receive your data, we put measures in place to ensure it is as secure as it can possibly be. We only keep your personal information for as long as it’s necessary for our original legitimate purpose for collecting the information, for as long as we have your permission to keep it and/or for any periods of time prescribed by law or regulation. If you are a consumer or end user, we will delete your personal information no later than 30 days after you delete your account or send a deletion request to info@loyaliti.com. If you are a merchant, we will delete your personal information no later than 1 year after you terminate the use of our Service.
Under the GDPR data regulation you have the right to be informed about stored data, its source and receiver, as well as the purpose of its processing at any time. Furthermore, you can restrict or withdraw from the consent for data processing and utilization informally at any time with future effect.
If you wish to modify or delete your record from our system, please send a short e-mail detailing your request and containing information about the the merchant and card number to gdpr@loyaliti.com. In the event of a request for deletion, your data – except for justified exceptions in cases of abuse – will be deleted within the period stipulated in this policy.
Any change or changes to this privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, you will be notified by email where appropriate. You will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the updated Privacy & Cookie Policy on your first use of the Site or App following the alterations.
